The mat is a good size and very comfortable! It’s gentle on my knees when in poses that put pressure on them. The blocks are sturdy. They both look exactly as pictured.Only thing is that they do mark easy. My blocks had dents and scrapes coming out of the package and the mat has clear marks where the strap was digging into it during transport.

Only thing is that they do mark easy. My blocks had dents and scrapes coming out of the package and the mat has clear marks where the strap was digging into it during transport.
