As a busy person, I am always interested in ways to make my time more efficient. I listen to Audiobooks when I run, work when I am eating breakfast, and use my morning free time to catch up on the news. So naturally, I am a fan of productivity apps. Productivity iPhone apps for organizational purposes come in all shapes, sizes, and configurations, and they are tailor-made for every imaginable scenario. The choices are varied, running the gamut from note and list organizing tools to voice activated programs that allow for complete user input of organization-related information. Top iPhone brand apps offer multiple options, ease of use, and worry-free access, all wrapped up in neat and tidy packages structured to solve organizing dilemmas. 1. Awesome Note

If you are into an all-in-one type application mode, Awesome Note will satisfy just about any possible need. Actual notes can even be hand recorded with a stylus and later identified and searched for with immediate access. This app is for anyone who needs to carry and keep information in a sidekick fashion. If you like to record personally your appointments and other comings and goings, as well as save your notes to the cloud for access anywhere, Evernote fits the bill. One outstanding feature and attraction to Evernote is its adaptation to almost any platform including iOS, Android, Windows Phone, Mac, and PC.

Evernote is a free app and is, again, adaptable to virtually any device.

3. Wunderlist

Wunderlist is a classic and sleekly designed to-do-list organizational app that features listing capabilities, group and sub-tasks sharing, folder capacity listings and storage, thought collection provisions, and format creation, all of which are easily achieved with this app. It is also a multi-platform adaptable app for iOs, Androids, Windows Phone, Windows 8, Mac, Chromebook and Amazon’s Appstore. It can be accessed as well through Wunderlist’s company web site or by installing browser plug-ins. Its advantages and attractions to users are its natural adaptation to other devices and effortless ability to share to-do lists and assign tasks to others with whom you share information. Wunderlist is free, and this version is quite usable for new or average users, which makes it attractive to first-time users and those unsure of where to begin with an organizational app.

4. Google Now

The Google Now app is an intelligent personal assistant that covers almost every aspect of your life as well as assists the user 24/7. Traffic reports, weather forecasts, important websites, appointment reminders, sports scores, bar code scanning, and some recognition features are just part of the selections offered. The app is organized by customized cards that contain the necessary information for retrievable without constant seeking and searching. Its advantage and attraction to users is its access to voice-activated questions/answers asked by the user with instantaneous answers from the device to those voice requests. This one aspect of Google Now makes it fun, easy to use, and accessible to any user.

Google Now is free, as are some Google apps in varying areas of use.
