As a busy person, I am always interested in ways to make my time more efficient. I listen to Audiobooks when I run, work when I am eating breakfast, and use my morning free time to catch up on the news. So naturally, I am a fan of productivity apps. One outstanding feature and attraction to Evernote is its adaptation to almost any platform including iOS, Android, Windows Phone, Mac, and PC.

Evernote is a free app and is, again, adaptable to virtually any device.

3. Wunderlist

Its advantages and attractions to users are its natural adaptation to other devices and effortless ability to share to-do lists and assign tasks to others with whom you share information. Wunderlist is free, and this version is quite usable for new or average users, which makes it attractive to first-time users and those unsure of where to begin with an organizational app.

4. Google Now

The Google Now app is an intelligent personal assistant that covers almost every aspect of your life as well as assists the user 24/7. Traffic reports, weather forecasts, important websites, appointment reminders, sports scores, bar code scanning, and some recognition features are just part of the selections offered. The app is organized by customized cards that contain the necessary information for retrievable without constant seeking and searching. Its advantage and attraction toGoogle Now apps users is its access to voice-activated questions/answers asked by the user with instantaneous answers from the device to those voice requests. This one aspect of Google Now makes it fun, easy to use, and accessible to any user.

Google Now is free, as are some Google apps in varying areas of use.
