Great customer service
I purchased this blender not quite 3 months ago and the cross blade attachment broke. I was obviously disappointed. I had started with Amazon customer service and they were only able to give me a credit to replace the broken part. They did not sell replacement parts. I then reached out to abuler customer service they replaced the entire unit.

I replaced my 10 year old ninja with this to take up less space. While the base is small, the single serve cups are too small. I understood the power was less than I was accustomed to but this barely blends anything. It takes forever and requires so much shaking and readjusting to get everything blended. I wouldn’t recommend. I’ve also had the lids leak & cause a mess.

10年くらい使っていたものが壊れ今回こちらを購入。
結果とても気に入っています。
毎朝プロテイン、バナナ、オートミール、ナッツ、牛乳などを混ぜてジョギング後に飲んでます。
新玉で玉ねぎドレッシングもしょっちゅう使っています。
今までは手ですりおろしてましたがこちらで簡単にできて億劫じゃなくなりました。
レシピは適当な大きさに切って、淡路島玉ねぎ、お酢、オリーブオイル、ホールスパイス、白だしなど入れて数秒ミキサーにかけて完成です。
美味しすぎて市販のドレッシングは買わなくなりました。
ドレッシングボトルに入りきらない余った分も付属のフタをしてそのまま保存できるので良いです。
もちろんコーヒー豆のミルも快適に使えています。

買い替えて快適に使え毎日が楽しくなりました。私も主人も気に入っております。
