Great neck massager that fits smugly around the neck like a pair of bluetooth headphones (don't actually wear it like a headphone though). The structure itself has some flex to allow it to be one-size-fits-all. I tried it around my thighs and it still worked perfectly. If you've used a TEMS massager before then you're familiar with the experience. It's really effective. Surprisingly, there are 5 modes: kneading, shiatsu, pulse or percussion, acupuncture, and comprehensive. I think the last is a mix of the other modes. The intensity ranges from 0 to 15. I dont think the average person will go above 5 on their neck but the higher modes can be used with the complimentary TEMS pads (quantity 2) that you can place elsewhere on your body. The TEMS pads attach to the neck massager like earphones.
I definitely recommend reading and following the instructions to moisturize and/or wet the back of your neck with a damp towel prior to use.

Efficient / Convenient
I have both a larger neck massager (which is quite inconvenient due to its size, and I can't leave it around) and a muscle stimulator which is great for pain control (the issue is that you need to position the electrodes, etc.). This neck massager is a great little package to specifically relax the tension in the neck. It is small, looks good and does not take any effort to start a session with. I leave it on my coffee table at all times.You could also wear it while working and watching at your screen.In short very satisfied with this product both because of its convenient but also because it is effective in relaxing my neck. I have used the heat and the first program up to now, and they worked quite well on me that I still have to try some of the other programs.(Note that you should limit its use to once or twice a day, it is so convenient to use that it becomes easy to abuse it)

This device is just a miracle. You need it if you spend a long time sitting at the computer without moving. My physical therapist advises me to constantly train my neck to avoid pain from muscle spasms, but I don't have time to exercise. This device helps me save time and money on physical therapist visits. Despite many warnings on use, I have not had any problems with this massager. In addition to the device, there are 2 body electrodes with a detachable cable that you can connect to the charging port on the massager, 1 charging cable and a handy remote control. The strength of the massage increases over time and can be very strong at the maximum level. It can be used in both sitting and lying positions. Steel electrodes fit snugly around the neck and do not interfere with turning the head. The remote control has a flat battery. And the massager itself is powered by a built-in accumulator.
