I'm on my third bottle of this, and I have noticed a big difference! I recently tried prozac and absolutely hated it.
This supplement is much more mellow than conventional antidepressants, in my opinion. It took a little while for me to feel a difference, but now that I do it is very pleasant. Lighter mood, more optimistic, way less annoyed and irritated in general. It seems to really help with PMDD symptoms as well, which is why I was prescribed prozac in the first place.
I haven't noticed any side effects, especially nothing that comes close to how awful Prozac made me feel. I actually think this supplement helps me sleep better, due to having less anxiety. No sexual side effects either.
This is really working for me! If you're thinking about trying it, just do it. It may just take a little while to kick in (much like every other antidepressant). For me things started improving with the second bottle. Now that I'm on my third, I notice that my moods are much more even and consistent. I am generally pretty pessimistic in general, but I have noticed that is changing drastically as well, like I just can't be bothered to waste my energy on negative thoughts. It's so nice to feel calm and happy for once, very freeing.

Wet inside capsule.
I didn't notice the capsules being all moist and solidified on the inside until after the return window closed so I'm not sure if they were always like this or if they absorbed moisture after the bottle was opened. What is strange though is that the outer capsules are completely dry and there is a desiccant pack in the bottle that is supposed to keep moisture out. Yes, I have kept the bottle tightly closed.I also noticed in the reviews that others have had this same experience.
