First off, let me start with this in case you don’t know this: You have to download the app and register your device before the device itself even works. You control all the settings for the facial cleanser from the app and not the device itself. When you hit the power button on the Luna, it has your setting saved and will automatically go. The app is very easy to use and there are videos explaining how to do everything as well if you get confused. I’ve shared some screen shots of the app in my photos. The only thing you can do from the device is power it on and switch between cleansing mode and massage mode.Okay.. so I’ve used so many facial cleansers in the past and nothing even comes close to comparing to this one. I’m 34 and have oily skin around my nose, chin, and lower forehead. My skin felt SO soft after using this. I never knew it could feel so clean. I usually use a toner after I wash my face and it takes off all the extra make up. Well, when I washed my face with the Luna and used the toner, there was NO extra make up. I’ve noticed my face feels more balanced when using this daily and it’s helped with the redness on my cheeks.In the settings for the app, you can choose between three cleansing modes- gentle, regular, or deep session. They show you 4 areas of your face (forehead, chin, and both cheeks) and you can choose which level for each area.This was also great for using the massage setting for the face and neck area. It’s very powerful and feels so relaxing. There were 5 different massage settings that you can choose from in the app. You can also choose the intensity that you want that massage.

I've been using this for a few days and WOW! This tool deep cleans my face so good! It leaves my face feeling so smooth and clean. The silicone bristles are so soft against your skin, making this brush excellent for sensitive skin. The massaging side of the brush is great addition to the brush. After cleaning I like to massage my face afterwards. It's waterproof. You can also control this brush by an app, which is so cool! It has a mirroring effect on the app which you could use to hit every point of your face and it guides you. I love the customizable speeds and setting. You can choose what works well for you. It was packaged very well, but not hard to open. It comes with a USB cord for charging. I love it and will continue to make this a part of my skin care routine.
