Great addition to my office. Warmer works on all mugs doesn’t have to be the one given with it. It’s slow to warm up with mug/coffee which I find a good thing to keep it warm. If I put a warm/cold temp coffee on it, it reheats it too

It’s much more attractive than the other brand I’d been using, and keeps my coffee at a much better temperature. But it doesn’t always click “on” when I set my mug down, even when my mug is full and plenty heavy. I usually have to push the mug down and listen for the click. And this makes me worry that, at some point, it may not turn back off on its own. So I always check to make sure the light is off, and when I leave the house, I also unplug it. I wish they just had a simple on/off switch instead.

What a total rip-off. We spent over $100 on this items and the moment we plugged it in and it heated up (10 minutes ago), our noses were hit with the putrid smell of burning plastic. There is no plastic back or sticker on the device... something is clearly wrong with this thing. We will not use it again, and we will try to get our money back. What a complete disappointment and what a poorly made device.

I researched these coffee cup warmer and the main problem is that the heat oxidizes the coffee/tea making it unpalatable. I give credit to them, this product really heats up the tea, which I drink, to really hot temperature, almost too hot. I sent back for refund which Amazon kindly issued. And I won't ever purchase another tea warmer ever again.
